It is hard to tell what is going on from the picture but it looks like you are trying to put the image on a transparent window.

If so you will need to draw square on the screen where you want the image.

Any other details could help us figure it out.

From what I can see you need to centre the image on the square?

What i suggest you try is context click on the face where you want edit the location of the image. Select the 'texture' option and the choose position. (See Image) then you will be able to adjust the position of the image.
