Diagram in Dialog Box?
-
Is it possible to include a diagram in a dialog box that is part of a plugin's controls? I'm thinking that it would be nice to have some graphic display to show what parameter goes in which box.

If you use Webdialogs you can do anything. Inspired by 1001bits contextual illustrations I added similar system to the Street Generator.

That's even better than what I was thinking of.
I wish I could figure all this stuff out. My brain bucket must be too thick for it to get through.

Certainly helps to be familiar with HTML+CSS+JS.
What I did was put an image for each input element - hidden by default.
When an input element receives focus I display the relevant image for that element. (with some nice fading animation thanks to jQuery )Maybe a dialog like this is something that I could add to Jim's script repository?

I expect it would be a good addition to the repository. It won't help me much since I'm lucky to remember my name these days. It is a cool thing, though.
There's a fellow in France who is working on a plugin that automatically draws dovetailed drawers from parameters entered into a dialog box. I was thinking of a diagram that indicates which parameter is which. Of course, as I've indicated, I have no idea how to implement it.

Which plugin is this?

"You are not authorised to read this forum."
Why aren't users allowed to see the posts of other "groups" without being member of them? makes no sense.

The only reason is that they don't want everyone to have to see the languages that they have no interest in. It is just a way to avoid some clutter. But ends up being a pain more often than not I would guess. But maybe I only think that because I've always had an etra language forum turned on, so I've always had that little clutter.

I can understand hiding it - but not denying access completely.
Alas - sorry for going OT.
