You can export scene based animation with File > Export > Animation. Read more about this here:

(note that though it is marked as a
"Pro only feature", it is also available in the free version since SU 6)However, since Sketchy Physics doesn't animate objects based on scenes, you won't be able to export any animation from SU. The only way is to use a screen (motion) capture application like Auto Screen Recorder for instance (but of course, there are several other apps) which also has a free version.
