Shortcut Bug

Hey Guys, for some reason at one point in time - the shortcuts that showed up in the preferences menu before for some reason doesn't show up in the shortcut menu anymore. I'm not sure if that is with all the plugins - but for some reason there is a particular function in the edit/item menus that doesn't show up in the preferences shortcuts. On one computer i was able to set up the function to have a shortcut key, but for some reason now i can't find it. It still shows the shortcut key in the file menus but no longer shows up in the preferences where shortcut keys are assigned. Is there a fix to this? or is there something I'm doing wrong?

To be able to set some shortcut keys you need to have certain sorts of things selected. For example, if you wanted to setup a shortcut to explode groups/components, you need to select a group/component then set the shortcut. this is the case for all the context menu stuff.
If its not something thats hidden in a context menu i'm stumped

Hey, i found the problem - whenever i search for a key word in the shortcut - it doesn't find it, when i input the location of the actual menu it doesn't see it either, but when i put the first letter of a word in the plugin it shows only one function of the plugin (rotate around blue, rotate around red, rotate around green)...it shows up when I put the word re in the search menu, but nothing else works. its a bit odd. I wonder why that is?
