Adding extruded profiles- duck decoy

I want to model a duck decoy, I have a profile from the top, side, and bottom. Is there any way to get sketchup to make a 3d solid of these three profiles.

If you only need a very rough model you can try the method in this tutorial:
extrusion intersect.skpIf you need a decent model, youd be much better of modelling the duck manually, using the profiles as reference.
