Move the Camera First

I wish there was an option to move the camera first before applying the Style settings for Scene transitions. Mainly because shadows are so slow, I'd like the option to suspend (or turn off) shadows during the transition, then bring them back after the camera movement is finished.
Now that I say it, I think this might could be done with a plugin.
