I want color changes one by one with animation in ketchup(which tool we can use?).

You want to export an animation to a video file and you have certain objects that you want to hace change color?
What objects? Do they flash, blink, change slowly?

The texture on the walls will change with the scenes. There's no "transition" however. Made simply the same way you generally make "changing" geometry with on/off layers and scenes.
