How i do to access this forum?

Quite ease,
go to your profile under user groups and look at the forums you are permitted to access.
Probably ther's no check on your language.

comme te l'indique Gjenio, fais un clic sur le lien "User Control panel" ensuite un autre clic sur "Usergroups" et là tu sélectionnes le language "Français". Tu pourras ensuite y accéder sans problème. -
