Colored topography in sketchup?

Is there a way to get this result in Sketcup?

I would like to have a model's heights color coded; it can be a terrain model or anything really but it is important that the model changes color as its parts are changing height.
Any ideas if something of this kind is available around?

Also, within that link from equadorian there is another moethod described for doing this. It is VERY useful, especially if you want more than 2 colors, or don't want hundreds of materials added to your material browser. The specific post is here:
