[HELP] Grouped DC sliding/rotating

HI all,
I'd like to make an animated model where you klick on time at the "parent"-group and the one "Child"-Group is rotating about the Z axis at the same time the other "child"-Group is sliding along the Z axis.
Okay, that wasn't the best explanation but a picture worth more than words:
