Entity dialogue box

Could someone please tell me why my entity dialogue box will not expand downward to show entity info.? All other dialogue boxes seem to be working fine and expand when I I need them to.

Hi Jess,
Do you have anything selected? The Entity Info box only expands to its full length when there is a selection. Also, you may click on its title bar to expand it.
(Other than this nothing else comes to my mind now)

Thanks for your reply. I am not only new to sketchup, but also to online forums and I wasn't sure what to expect. So it was great to hear back. Anyway, none of what you suggested was working, though I had tried many, many times. It wasn't until I turned off the computer that it corrected itself.

So restarting helped... Interesting (one would expect that from Windows...)
