      Hi Sketchers!

I'm new to the program, though I have some previous experience with Blender. Still, I'm having a lot of difficulty working with curved surfaces, particularly in my efforts to make a hill with a waterfall flowing into a pond at the base of the hill. Can anyone offer a tutorial or tips/suggestions on how to even manipulate a basic hillshape without bogging down the computer? Thanks!

Thank you Solo! That is a great tutorial. Any hints for the hillside?

Id say have a play around with the sandbox tools. You need to turn them on first: window->preferences->extensions.

Of specific interest to you is the smoove tool.
