    Hi Peoples,

When I'm doing a drawing as I add components they change the current style settings to whatever the style setting were when the component was made. Very frustrating!

Is there a way to stop this from happening??

    Thanks

I have not seen that before, but I don't use styles that are very different and I don't often load components. So I'm not a high risk for this.

Do you have a component that always does it that you could upload it here?

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

Hm. It sounds weird to me as well. I'd like to see such a component myself, too. Can you share one?

Just to clarify. It's the Face Style that changes. The components I modeled were saved with the face style set to "shaded with texture" but when I'm working on a new drawing I'll generally have the face style set to "hidden line" to make thing run smoother.

As I drop in a component the face style switches to shaded with textures.

Hm. Interesting. I don't get that at all (have just tried with a bunch of different components)

Hmmm. I must be just special. 😕

              Will have to explore more.

              Thanks
