Lost Tools?

I moved the tool box that lets one move the time and date with sliders too far off the bottom of the screen. It's gone! I have placed a check in the 3 pulldowns that I know of.
I have restarted. When I import a syncronized model from another computer this tool is still missing?Please Help

Hi Cliff,
Once I did something like this,too. Enlarge your screen resolution so that the toolbar gets on screen again > position it properly > then lower your resolution again.
