Headers and Footers

What is the best way to create Header/Footers for printing with my su files. I am mostly printing floor plans and building sections, and I need to include basic textual info such as a project name, my name, scale being used, etc. I use the free version of su 7 for a Mac.

You could create a template and use it as a watermark, although youd need to change it each time you printed.
The other option is to export an image and import it in to a ready made layout in something like word.
Would be pretty easy in layout...
