Sloping, curving ramp

I'm trying to make a ramp/sidewalk that starts at door threshold level and ends at street level which is roughly 3' lower in elevation. I would like to make the sidewalk in a horse shoe shape. How can I make this a continuous, descending slope that curves in the middle?

Hi Scott,
Try either method per Peter's suggestion and get back if you are tuck. In my tut,people generally have some problem at around steps 4 or 5 (and I know I should redo it) but somewhere during the discussion in the topic I give some more thoughts.
