Nice work. It reminds me somewhat of the development around Denver, CO: Tech Center, Highlands Ranch, etc.

Is this conceptual or are there plans for eventual construction in the near future?

I respect your hard work on these! I am glad you are keeping busy.

I can only say this with the love and passion of an architect:
but from an architect's viewpoint, these designs scare me to death.

all I can do is pray that this, this, this, and this never get built. It's like the worst absolutely devastating land-destroying developments of the United States got steroid injections... please tell me it isn't so...

land-destroying .... yes ... I agreed with you man ...but as you known , my country Vietnam is not a high-development country, my country still poor and in many urban project , the goverment salvage maximum land to built and built ... not have enough tree... I dont like that but I must be accepted ... we are poor country and we need development of economy more than the green enviroiment.

BUT I 'm not the architect that make this urban planning I'm just a student in architecture university and this is my freelancer job to model that with sketchup

Nice job using Sketchup...I also have a disagreement with the architectural design. Why would a country with such wealth of local building types decide to use house designs that are from middle-class America? The house designs have nothing to do with the history or local environment of Vietnam.
