How can I make a cuved tube shape?

Im trying to construct a curved tube shape for a stadium bullion design.
How is this achieved?
Does anyone have any pointers with regards to techniques used????

Use the Follow me tool for this.
First establish your path then align the cross section of your tube perpendicular to one end,select the path and click on the cross section.
