[Req] Keys to Toggle Snaps

I was thinking about a plugin with that behavior:
When we are drawing a line, let us suppose that the line is with size of 146Cm, then press a key in the keyboard, then the line will give snaps in you distance of 10cm, making our line to jump for 140Cm or 150Cm (10cm Snaps). With other key the line would give snaps for 100Cm or 200Cm (100Cm Snaps). With other key Snap would jump for 100Cm or 150Cm (50Cm Snaps) Other Snaps: similar to MidPoint (1/2) maybe a snap for 1/3, 1/4, 4/9 (configurable) etc.
