I need an OEM Plug in

I am in the process of modeling up my company’s profiles and components and would like to get an OEM plug in made for these products. It would be similar to the Render Plus package but with things specific to our products. This includes length variable pricing, cost per square foot pricing, product configuration, and several other features. We will need licensing for as many as 50 seats for this package here in the USA. Global opportunities also exist.

Render Plus RpReports is probably the best solution for you. Most of the customization required is already build into RpReports - the ability to define attributes, calculations, etc. But we can also create whatever custom capabilities are needed.

Not totally sure of everything you are after, but won't the facility of custom fields in Dynamic components introduced in V7 be of use.
I am no coder, and have not studied all the possibilities in the formulas that can be used in the 'Custom' fields, but if I read your examples correctly, you should be able to add items based on calculations (eg length pricing).
I had a similar requirement for adding custom attributes and found that the cost of the options available previously was prohibitive, but a breeze in V7 (except for the reporting - but that's the subject of another post http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=15052)
