        Welcome to GSCF Tycoon.

Depending on the size home you are trying do build and the land available to build it, say a three bedroom home with say two bathrooms, single storey. So say the home is 2500 sq/ft and the house was square shaped, then it would be 50ft x50ft

        Hope this helps.

As for hieghts, make the walls around 10ft high and with roof (depending on pitch and style) it could be anything from 16 to 25 ft. these are just rough numbers.
