      Hello.
I a'm a newbie with Sketchup. Iam french but I wasn't be able to register me in the french forum.
I have a big problem to put the texture in my draw.
Each time i choose a texture, this one is completely distord.
I wan't to add a logo on my presentation and texture took only the color and a very big image completely not right.

For all the texture is the same. When I choose stone, it's only grey on my sketch.

      Could you help me?

      Best regards,

      Chrstouille

Can you upload a model exhibiting these problems?

          Christouille,
to join the french forum you have to clic on User Control Panel (UCP) then select "Usergroup" and tick the group you want to join.
Ensuite on pourra se parler en français si tu préfères 😄

IMO and looking at your first picture, the problem is not related to the texture but to your drawing.
The wall seems very strange to me. Could you post your skp file. It will be easier to fix the problem.

                      Hi Gaieus,
sorry not having expplained the problem.
In fact as very often it was related to the hardware acceleration. After disabling it all was OK.
Graphic card was ATI radeon hd 2600 and under Vista.
