How to model this easy shape (ribbon)

Hi, guys I am new to the forum. I hope someone can help me.
I need to model this simple object (see attached picture) I tried different softwares an none of them give me an easy way.

I just created a path then the shape, I used to extrude it along the path and then used FFD to distort it.
