Sandbox (from scratch) grid spacing

Good day all! I'm new to the forum and glad to be apart of it. Thanks for any help now and in the future.
The grid spacing will not change from 10'. Am I doing somthing wrong in my setup? -
Changing it can be a bit tempremental sometimes, if you switch to another tool then switch back to the grid drawing tool (and then try changing the spacing) you might have some more luck.
