      Hello,

I'm an experience SU Pro 6 user on PC, and am in the process of switching over to Mac.

This is therefore a 'newbie to mac' question.

Despite trying everything I could, I can't seem to print all my scenes to PDF, in one go. I have 11 scenes to print, and only one will print at a time (the one that's on screen).
      Is this specific to Mac?
Am I doing something wrong? If so, what?
Does this problem stem from the fact that the file (9MB) was created on a PC?

I'm giving up on trying tonight, and hope there's a straightforward answer to my 'little' problem!

Thanks in advance for (hopefully) telling me what to do!

        Hi Ronan,

I'm not a Mac user so cannot give a straightforward answer to your core question but I'm sure the problem is not related to the model having been created on PC.

I have always had to print each scene separately.

I have never used SU on a PC, is this a feature on the window side of things?

          Cheers, Chuck

Sounds more like a mac bug to me.

              Hi,

Are you suggesting that you can't print to pdf and have all the scenes in one document? Surely that's not the case??

I'm not talking about exporting to pdf, but printing..

Thanks in advance to any other Mac users for their input on this....

I can't find a way to do this either. Haven't thought about it until now - I usually import the pdfs into Illustrator for postprocessing, and never had use for multipage pdfs.

This is weird, and ought to be filed as a bug, even though there almost are more differences between PC- and Mac-versions than there are similarities...

Seems like it should be doable (for Google to fix this). Most Mac applications print to pdf every page. Scenes are like pages, although I notice that what you get depends on your window. Change your window and the scenes will look different, unlike other applications printing pages. I have not yet found the pdf output to be good. I use .png.

I always use Acrobat to put all my pdf's together into one document.

Of course, I have to use another software to do all my blueprinting, since layout is so useless and so I end up only exporting pretty pictures from SU and for that, I, too< always use PNG.

                    Cheers, Chuck
