Decide 2008 by taxes

Here is a cool site, with all the crap misinformation from both camps and the economy being the number one issue, a non partisan tax calculator has been set up that will calculate your taxes if Obama or McCain wins the election. This is legit and accurate.
*I notice the lower you earn the more you pay under the Mccain plan and the higher your earning the more you will pay under Obama, they kinda balance out in the middle.

Based on real rough numbers, I save about $500 under Obama. I tell you, it's tempting to tell this pricks in Washington that I'm done paying taxes.

But Ron if you don't pay taxes WHO is going to bail out Wall Street?
This would be the icing on the cake. People don't pay mortgages, banks won't loan money... and add a tax rebellion on top. We ain't paying either.

Really!
I think I will live long enough to see a tax rebellion. I feel the rumblings. "Hell yeah, we won't pay" -
Personally I would like to see some open debate for a 'Flat tax'.
As for Income tax being unconstitutional, I believe so, but hey, no matter what you do the Constitutional court will Interpret the Sixteeth amendment to their means and the congress will overule any challenge to the tax laws.

Either a flat tax or a national sales tax. The sales tax would exempt certain goods, like food, energy, phone, TV, beer, wine and liquor. Seriously, a national sales tax might work. The government would be guaranteed to get their revenue and the citizens would pay tax based on their consumption. If this became and incentive to consume less, great, all the better.
This would almost put accountants out of business because there would be NO tax return, only the tax remittal forms required of the merchant.

What's this? Lower taxes for lower income earners? NO! Demand your right to be patriotic! How dare Biden dangle the carrot of patriotism through taxpaying, then Obama steal it away? Do they think lower income earners aren't (or shouldn't be) patriotic like the "rich" folks?
Just mocking the lunacy of Biden's statement, since the top 50% of earners pay 97% of all income taxes (the top 25% pays 86% of all income taxes). See this WSJ article for more info on who pays how much in taxes.
