No,it is not stuck.If you see PM's in there, it means that they are sent already but haven't been read by the addressee. Once they read them,they will "move" to the Sent messages folder.

To find out who to ask for help, go down to the bottom of the board index and click on the "Administrators" or "Moderators" link.
