Try Vivaty Studio. It's free. It imports kmz/kml and exports virtually everything.

exact but don't see SKP
-
probably be best to export to .3ds and import it to SketchUp
-
no way, because Vivaty Studio 1.0 Beta cant import no one *.kmz from 3D warehouse.. for example this:
http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=9a1873290b3bb4cfc352abdaf0bfc048&prevstart=0so how I can import this model from link to sketchup.. and why some models has both file KMZ and SKP and others only KMZ if we cant use it
-
Why don't you just download the KMZ to your Computer, and then open it with Vivaty, then save it as a .skp. It seems fair enough to me.

Where do you see SKP format in export in Vivaty prog?

You download a kmz from the warehouse, open it in Vivaty, export as a 3ds or dxf and import into SU. Seems simple enough to me.

Because some people do not want to share their skp files, only upload as kmz to see in Google Earth. This may sound reasonable.
What you can also try is to renam the kmz file to zip file, open it, go to the model foldr in it where you find a *.dae file. This can be imported into several applications from which you may be able to export in a format SU can import.

I am reassured, we are agree, there is not pure Skp file format

For import the kml files to sketchup use to the plugin "ae_KMLTools_2.0.0-beta.rbz"
