Does anyone know if there is somekind of technologi that makes it possible to talk to a client via phone, while both looking at the SU model I rotate and walk in ?

I imagine somekind of program that captures my screenview and publish it live on a webpage.

Does anyone know if this is possible ?

    Thanks

Note however that the sound of webex is not available everywhere (I mean every country) so you might still use messenger serice with voice support (like msn, skype or such).

I should've taken part at some kind of presenttion via webe the other day and of course, Hungary is not listed among the countries πŸ˜’ so I didn't have sound at ll. I had to ask for the recorded version.

        Gai...

Ok, I had hoped for a program that we could by, and that's it, no monthly fee. WebEx seems a bit overkill - but I'll look at it later πŸ˜„

Maybe I haven't grasped the full extent of what you are trying to do, but...

Do you wish to have a normal phone conversation with someone whilst allowing them to view your screen on their machine?

If so, wouldn't a simple VPN solution work?
You make your phone call to your client then connect your computers via VPN
You talk and manipulate the screen whilst they watch whats happening at their end.

There are many VPN solutions, but for a free (not for commercial use) and easy to use one, visit:

I think it VPN get's to technical (I know it is'nt) for our customers.
They should just be able to go a webside to view, maybe install a plugin - thats it..

But yes, I just talk to them via normal phone.

                Hi,

With Teamviewer you just tell the client to download a small file.
They don't even have to install it.
(You install the main Teamviewer program on your system).
Once downloaded, they just have to double-click it, tell you the code number and password it generates and you are connected. About as simple as you can get.

                Regards
                Mr S

Wow that's simple. Works great. The only problem is that customers feel a bit worried about having to send a usernumber and password.

                    And it's quite expensive 😞

                    Thanks

                      There's a few choices here...some quite cheap.
