Skin Help

Could someone help me or suggest a method to skin the exterior of floor slabs. the shape changes (at the front) from the base to the top. I am having a helluva of time and headache trying to do so. Follow Me just doesn't cut it.

anyway i think it was better if u used for first time push&pull and scale tools
