How to find someone for sketchup commission?

Hi! My name is Barry. I'm a webcartoonist; you can see my comic book at http://www.hereville.com.
I'm interesting in commissioning someone to create a house in sketchup, to my specifications, that I could use as a drawing reference for my main character's home. I'd be using it mainly as a tool for drawing perspective.
The house would have to be quite large (there are 10 people in my character's immediate family), but only five of the rooms would need to be "furnished." Because I work in simple line art, I don't think there would need to be any textures.
I'd also need the house to have an exterior, including a lawn, a walk from the sidewalk, and (ideally) the exteriors of some other houses on the same street. (It would be fine if those were just generic house designs taken from the net, as long as that sort of use is considered fair use within the sketchup community).
Where would I go to find someone to commission? And are there any typical rates for this sort of project? (My budget is limited, unfortunately.) I'd need this done sometime in the next couple of months.
