Technical / Mechanical plans

Hi all
Is it possible to do Technical / Mechanical plans in layout
complete with dimensions and hidden linetype (dashed) similar
to autocad. What I would like to do is complete a design in sketchup
and finish the plans in layout Andrew -
It could be possible. Thing is you'd probably want to pull all your teeth in one go without anaesthesia before doing it. LO is a RAM hog and slow, painfully so.

Todd Burch has a ruby script that does dashed lines if thats what your after. I think its on Smustard
