You should try bunkspeeds' Hypershot πŸ‘ it's as easy and it gets πŸ˜„ And it works great for rendering single objects [not too great with big houses as it only supports GI]
I think it would be perfect for fidling around with your plane as it comes with a great metal library πŸ‘

If it isn't already a Forum policy not to allow hints on how to beat software copy protection, I think it should be.

I think the comment on the previous post about how to override the software copy protection should be removed and the author should be warned not to do this type of thing.

(As a person who sells software for a living, I would just as soon that software users paid for the software, and that reputable sites, such as SCF, did not promote stealing software.)

Well the way you put it, I have to agree... but this is merely a way to make longer use of a software than just 10 days. This goal could also be achieved by asking for a 10-day trial serial every time. And I posted it because I think it's pretty silly for such a pricey piece of software to be fooled this easy.

Anyways, it will not happen again, but cut me some slack here. I'm not talking about illegal download or anything in that manner. Just a pretty genious [if I may say so πŸ˜„ ] way of lengthening a trial license.

ps. forgot to post in my last message but: very nice render Coen πŸ‘

              Looking good there Coen.
You seem to have good control on the render app (don't know which)you use.
Have you considered having a plain white background (just like you have now) but with the addition of some soft shadows on a white ground surface?
It would give some context to your vessile and will bring it more to life.

Nice to see you contributing again in the Gallery in between maintaining SCF. Good stuff.

              Regards,
              Kwistenbiebel

Coen - Glad to see somebody else using it, and can see its awesome potential. Hopefully people will produce some great images in the future then hopefully I can remove my πŸ‘Š bad examples. πŸ˜‰

the nXt engine is capable of awesome stuff, all it needs is a good workout. πŸ˜‰

I have the same sense about it Coen. With some artistic exercises demonstrating what's possible, I think the SketchUp crowd could be blown away. Great images are needed to 'sell' a renderer and its capabilities.

                    Regards, Ross

                      Hi Ross & Coen

"Great images are needed to 'sell' a renderer and its capabilities" πŸ‘

I must admit I actually do agree with you both, my images could be better but you've got to start somewhere, πŸ˜‰.As I said it would be great if we could get people to produce some better images in the future.
Most of my images have been just about testing and trying it out the basics over the last six months, and helping others - Alot copied from the support section.

By the way it does render parallel projection, do you know if any of the others do?

Here is one not by me but Lorik from the support section.
(If you see only half of the image..right click and 'save as image' in IExplorer, or 'view image' in Firefox.) tip from Kwist
