Batch import materials?

Hi there,
Does anyone happen to know a way to batch import materials into SketchUp? Or how to automaticly create a library with a set of images. It's pretty anoying I have to add them one by one.

Have a look at "massmaterialimporter.rb" plugin at the ruby library depot.
I have never used it but hopefully there is someone around here who can give a hand when you are stuck.

The ruby will mass import an entire folder of images, but there's no avoiding the chore aspect. Instead of importing images one at a time, you then have to go through all the mass-imported materials one at a time and edit them for scale, transparency etc. Obviously, any auto importer doesn't have a clue as to the surface area depicted in any given image.
