Taking up a very old thread...

well if you want criticism on the render, youve got me stumped!
-
-
Kim - for an smoking infant you make nice car renders. The paint is cool and looks especially good on the sample.
Regards, Ross

It would be interesting to see how (or if) paint will sparkle in a vid if you pan camera around the car.
Cheers!

Trust me it will...
But I'm not going to make a 5 sec animation, cause that will mean 121 (frames) x ~23 minutes = app. 46 hours render time... -
cool! where may i find the material?
-
Im not entirely sure, but the first place to look would be the kerkythea downloads area. I believe theyve got a good selection of materials available there.
-
This material hasn't been released - yet...
But let me check and see if we can release it... -

Please note that this material doesn't work inside SU... (if that was what you were looking/hoping for...?!)
It's a material used for Kerkythea...You can download it from our repository in the KT Material library section...
Enjoy..!!

hey do you mind sharing the skp of that mustang? I like the surroundings
-
Hi Ray,
Unfortunately I can't, since it isn't my model... I feel it would be wrong of me sharing it...
If you look at the first post in this thread, you'll see that the model belongs to Michael Firkins...I suggest that you send a PM to him and ask... His username here at SCF is "firkins"...
I can also recommend that you check the 3D Warehouse, where you can find many nice looking Mustang's...
