Installation w/ Kensington Turboring
-
I have tried several times to install SketchUp on my system and it keeps coming up with "Sketchup has encountered a problem and needs to close" When I look at the error log it brings up the module KMW.dll This file is definitely part of the control for my Kensington TurboRing mouse. I installed the software on another computer here with a standard wheel mouse without any problems. Is there a way to get around this for the install?
Windows XP pro

There have been problems with SU and mouse drivers in the past, although i havent heard of it happening with your specific driver. None the less its probably worth uninstalling your mouse driver and just running it with the default windows drivers.

What remus said.
I had a similar problem with the MS Intellimouse. After I uninstalled the mouse software and allowed XP to run my mouse all was well.
