      Anyone got any idea what programs were used? I'd love to be able to produce something similar

        That is great. Did you notice the Oscar Meyer Weiner mobile in there? 1:50 into the video.

        I would also like to know what was used however I feel it is a high end production, especially seeing all the names in the credits.

          The building, Museum Plaza in Louisville, KT is by Joshua Prince-Ramus, who worked with Rem Koolhaas on the Seattle Public Library. There is a good TED talk by Prince-Ramus, in which he discusses both buildings, here.

                Software..seems like camera-tracker(3dsmax) and 3dsmax-like bipeds(skeletons)
