Terrain newb Drape help

So I have a complex grade that draped fine over the CAD topo.
I did a practice circle to drape over that. It worked fine and separated the terrain face.
I put in a roadway with entrance and parking and it will not create a separate face. the lines drape but that's it
any help??
I broke up part of it and it worked but when I did the next section, it did not work.

You could always turn on hidden geometry (view->hidden geometry) and fix it yourself. Youd jsut need to draw in the appropriate lines

I usually don't use profiles but these are the cases when I do. With profiles on, you can see which line does not create an edge (is not closed) at some point and (like Remus says) with hidden geometry turned on, you can manually fix the problem by drawing the necessary lines.
Drape sometimes has this glitch and you really have to do some hand stitching to fix it.
