I have tried to locate "How a Pro Builds a House in Sketchup Part 3" with no luck?
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Unfortunately there is no "Part 3" as Kriss who made the first two parts does not visit the forums any more. Nevertheless maybe someone will take up the topic and will create a 3rd (and further) part(s).
