Help - Serious 2D Export issue

Hi
I am trying to export a 2d image using a custom sketch style set-up for a client.
Of the 6 scenes that I have set-up 4 export with missing or only partially visible lines. This has nothing to do with layers being turned off - it seems more of a graphical glitch.
Any ideas VERY welcome!!!

(Don't forget to follow the link in the last post - however there doesn't seem to be a good solution for this "glitch"). -

Its a shame the issue has not been fixed as it effectively makes the styles useless!

Well, Rob, let's say these sketchy styles are somewhat in a "beta phase". Ak Tom (tomsdesk) about his frustrations with his beautiful trees that are much "undersupported" by the styles.
