got it, awesome trees!
cheers oli!
Great stuff! I like that you blurred the vegetation in the foreground now, that's what was bugging me in the first one. just a personal preference - as this is looking like a pro-photo, it would add to it if you keep all the verticals vertical IMHO.
oh and for that photoshop brush, looks great, thanks for sharing! a dummy question - how do i get it to work? which folder do i drop it into in ps?
cheers
yes! basically i did what you wrote in the instructions - unzipped LibFredo into the plugins folder, so that a Folder Libfredo was created in there.
I unzipped the files the way it was i nthe instructions...
Here's the message that I get.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
oh thanks for all the responses guys, much appreciate it!
i tried the one that Gaieus recommended at once and it worked like a charm.
cheers
Hey guys I'm looking for a ruby which allows to do the Follow Me command along several connected lines that form a path forming a single unified solid. I've seen one around, but don't remember what it's called... I'm trying to draw round handrails on a stair:)
Many thanks!
yeaaah i find the more loose and unfocused i am in my work - like this scene where my intent was simply to test the shadows - the more personal it ends up being... oh the unconsious!
thanks sepo, i warmed the image up this time...
unfortunately the tension you picked up on is a reality at the moment in my life... ugh
you don't use rubys???? that's Jack-bird crazy, Durant! i seriously cannot imagine how you modeled all that... was it done in Sketchup?
love all the Jack-action in this thread by the way... very inspiring
bring it, Durant "fire-starter" Hapke, BRING IT!:)))
Hey oli how do you get DOF to show up in Twilight? I'm plaiyng around with the Demo version and I don't see a setting for it...
neatto! care to elaborate on how you did it(the style that is)?:)
thanks! yeah i actually did that joint on purpose, because the way i envisioned it, in reality the soffit material would change direction to be perpendicular to the building on every side(supported at the building and at the end of the overhang), but what i forgot to add was a piece of trim at that diagonal joint that would be there to support the planks, which right now float in the air(unless they are nailed to the sheathing i guess )...
oh yea the noise is because of the LEMs as you know with Podium, but also the low resolution - this was a promo render before i actually got the job, so i didn't want to spend too much time.
however i liked how it turned out lighting and colour-wise so that's why i thought i'd share it, even though the resolution's low...
thanks for the feedback!
@ EarthMover
what skylight?:) it's an open-air courtyard concept, there's no skylight that i know of... the trees are 3D and if you look closely there are actually some leaves floating in the water and in the pots hehe got them on 3D warehouse, search for japanese maple 3D.
@ Brodie
yeah maybe there's a bit too much flare... a lot of times pp seems to be a matter of taste though;)
@ xrok1
there is no photomatch here. is it the paintings that make you think that? they obviously do have photo-textures, but they are 3D components off the warehouse...
This is a concept render of a residential single-fmaily courtyard. The components are from the 3D warehouse, rendered with Podium, modelled in sketchup.
