...very nice renders and great DOF! πŸ‘
I specially like the modelling of the pillow and blanket - did you buy this stuff or model it from scratch??

      @ Daniel:
      That's easily explained.
Mommy is coming this afternoon to check, so they cleaned up everything.
And if you know her, you definitively would clean up, too!! πŸ˜†

...and again, thank you for your friendly comments!

Here's another one I recently finished for a client.
Student housings spring up like mushrooms in my area πŸ˜‰

(I promise to do better apples next time... 😳 )

...thanks a lot, guys, the original resolution was 3200 x 1900 pixel, and that took about 90 minutes to render.

      Thanks Carloh,

yes, grass in the foreground is postpro, rest is within the model.

    • Exterior rendering

      Hi to all,

here's a new one, made for one of my clients to visualize his new real estate project.
Rendered with twilight, easy 7 setting - it cooked about 2 hours (Original size is 3000 pix wide)
      Bushes and trees in postpro.

      Hope you like it!

      Stunning work, Fred!
Awesome lightning - did you use skyportals? And...can you tell me the similar preset of Twilight to the TR1 preset you used?
      Thanks

    • RE: Bonsai Render with Twilight

      Thanks a lot!

I found the texture at cgtextures and just did a color-correction on it. I think it was originally a photo of a crackled paint-surface. I did the mapping with the great thrupaint plugin from fredo6 (he's a real genius πŸ˜„ )

      Wow!

      Wonderfully done!
I really like the subtle tonal range of your rendering and the soft lightning.

      Thanks

    • Bonsai Render with Twilight

      Hi all,

this is my first post and I wanted to share this Bonsai scene I did just to test different hdr probes.
I build the scene from scratch except the little glass-puma I found on 3D-Archive.
Rendering was done in Twilight, on "easy9" setting (No lights, no sun, just the .hdr file to light the scene). Postpro was only a little more contrast and gamma with irfan-view.
Hope you like it and comments are welcome!

      All the best
      Rob
