I Have noticed recently that Alan has posted some new children in swim suits, etc. I think 4 boys and 4 girls.

RE: KImbell Art Musem Louis Kahn 1972
I have been to this museum a couple of times, and it is one of my favorite pieces of Architecture. You did a great job of rendering it.

RE: Some Doors and Windows for you all (Update)
Thanks for the great set. Sketchup components are just like autocad blocks, if you don't keep them organized, they aren't going to do you much good.

RE: Clients Logo recreated with Layout
looks great! - Not sketchup, but if you have CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator, but have features they will take a scan and convert to vector output. Sometimes it is a little hit and miss, but you can then clean it up. Another way that would be fairly easy and accurate is to import into autocad and trace it. Just some alternate ways.

RE: [Model request] Children for water park
One thing I have done with a lot of 3D people, including FF, in addition to changing hair color and clothes color, is to isolate arms and legs as groups. You can then position the legs for the appearance of running, You then have to rejoin the anatomy together, which sometimes takes awhile to get it looking just right. An upraised arm to do as a wave, both arms to hang from something, both legs straight out to be going down a slide, etc. I have developed files of accessories which are easy to add to people, IE: sunglasses, purses, backpacks, umbrellas, etc. These are good to do in your spare time, and helps to build up your collection, so you don't repeat so often. I also have grouped heads and replaced them on other bodies for different looks.
What is so great about Alan's people on FF is they are so low poly and look so good, espeically the more recent ones. It is easy to make them get too large in file size. Just some possibilities.

RE: Sunny Sunday Stroll
I personally prefer the first one. There is nothing to prevent a cloud from making the background in shadow. It just seems to read better. Beautiful, extraordinary work as usual.

RE: Summer riverbank
Just beautiful as always! WC effect is great.
If you don't mind me asking, what were your fotosketcher settings to achieve such a soft effect. I have experimented, but have never quite gotten the amazing results you did in this render.

RE: [WIP] NPR Brick Pattern
Acme brick has a masonry designer software that is incredibly useful.
Click this link and download the masonry designer application. When you click finish you will go to a window that shows a large selection of brick. With this you can pick the brick (color, modular, King-size, etc.), mortar color (just above the brick selection), bond (at the top of the preview pane), etc. you can also select a size for export as an image file such as jpg.
Also note in the top left are other masonry products you may select.

RE: Faking caustics
Really Great ceiling idea. I have several caustics I have used, but have never done an interior where this would come into play. I see why you study photographs for ideas!
