Are the reflections on the floor done by the render engine or are they part of the post processing?

I like it. The building seems to have Moorish arches, but has a cross on top. Would this be in Spain, Turkey, or perhaps Greece. The rotunda seems a little Greek.

i know model not that clean but thx for skindigo made it look little better. , i exported lines and merged it in photoshop.
i love indigo , atleast when i dont have time to render my sketchup models in 3dsmax .
i made this model in sketchup , i thought it would be nice using that style from (sketchupartists.org)
i needed mass modeling in a short time , so for sure fastest way is using sketchup...
