Unbelievable work!
You're either a genius or a genie.
I haven't decided...Thanks Gdion. I think that you exaggerate value of my works... Simply I very much love texturing... I consider that it still is poorly investigated in SU-live...It is a powerful resource... All this already understand...

Beautiful models, I always look forward to your new posts and thanks for sharing so many.

http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=3124
Octavian has told, that it will be possible in SU-7... Let's while use would like it... In SU-5 and SU-6
Some remarks and cautions:
1.... It not a script.
2.work not on all computers (only new)
3.start video (avi) what you wish to see in SKP together with SKP (simultaneously!)
4.made in photoshop only.
.....enjoy
..PS:take PNG and GIF.work from video too!

Really beautiful cup Urgen
The foam looks real
-
...Thanks Markus! It is pleasant to hear it from which person you consider as one of teachers...
...guys You see something under a cup?... Or it know all? -

No matter what and how i opne, unpack or anything - no video. Sorry Urgen!
-
...It is very a pity... I now work in SU and simultaneously I look film (too in SU)
-
Dear Urgen,
I saw the attached and thought of you and your modelling skills. Can you model the shaker picnic hamper from the .jpg image or do you start with something else. If you can use the image then it would be nice to see - by way of a step-by-step tutorial - how you make such photo-realistic models.
Kind regards,
Bob

No,Urgen, I am REALLY sorry to say that I cannot see the animation.

i get it(success with divx-compressed movies by decoded 5-version).
I make all(as urgen wrote):- Open video, simple capture by PrintScreen...stay opened video.
- Then open Photoshop(i have cs3) and paste captured source(can see easter bug, movie has translate into pshp-frame, not still image). Then save it as PNG(save in root of drive). Stay opened pshp-window with capture.
- open sketchup and import this png...and you can see this technical bug or something(like in pshp)
Thanks to urgen.

...Hey guys, and in fact it works! ...ΠΠ»ΡΡ ΡΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ±ΠΎ!
...I have tested it on eight computers... On six it works!
-
....Thank you very much for your support and good comments. Sorry for the language problem... My daughter is the reason why occasionally I write with no distinctive accent..she knows it perfectly
...I've always wanted to do a model-component of some famous historic thing which would be recognized by every single person...I was designing the room of one young man, i realized that was what i needed,so i did it in sketch-up...
....hey there, have you recognized this hooligan? ...Probably since his childhood he's been dreaming of playing a violine and becoming a famous musician... the first part of that did not turn into life ...but yet he had managed to become a great musician!!
-
...Ok, never mind this video...some people say it works, some- it doesn't... in the end it is amateur, not a texture...
... for watkins:
Bob, I understand your desire to find out the common recepie of how to make photo-realistic models. The point is that not everything can be modelledthis way...in other words, it is not always the best way to do it... this can be applied to your basket for picnic....I think it should be done traditionally:
...do a model (not that complicated in technical sense)- chose a photorealistic texture and edit it with the help of photoshop. your photo is not quite suitable for this (it should be of a high quality, prefereably digital) I think we will wait until all the topic will be restored, as it was partly lost while transferin all the data at a new board...there are some materials which describe the principles of my work in all the details...however, i feel like i should write the full description of my work, from the begining until the end...
Bob, I like working according to my mood and will chose the most suitable example for
this...just wait a bit... -
