back to the topic.
cheffrey, that's looking really good! I have one comment though. everything seems so clinical, so smooth, so mirror-like. maybe work on that a little to get a more believable image.
-
Not clinical at all Juju, I just waxed my truck. Ok, I think there are a couple water spots on it.
Nice images cheffy.

Hi Cheffey,
Great renderings man !
Are you planning to model more of these nice products?
The modeling is really good, clean and pragmatical.
I wish I had the same skills as you have.(Maybe a little hint on the chrome using Podium: I found out that metals render better if you assign a very dark grey to the chrome objects and add refelection 100% to them.)
Cheers,

Biebel,
thank you for the tip and i do have a few more of these in the pipeline. I'm courting a graphic/industrial design firm for freelance work. so, i need some more experience with this type of modeling.
don't say those nice things about my modeling skills, this was the first real product i've modeled. Most of everything else has been Architecture.
I'm hoping to spread my wings a bit though. -
cheffy

Juju,
thanks for the comments, i worked on this image and did some post process.
i'm not sure really what i'm doing with it. it may be too muddied up at this point.
