Still working on the render.

Hehe...
He'll definitelylike that!

i don't have much experience at all modeling things like this so i thought i'd give it a go and see how it went. i learned when making things that are rounded in multiple directions that the "follow me" and "intersect with model" are valuable tools.
-
well, no comments... should i just stick to modeling architecture?
-
I think it's awesome... very realistic... I love the page on it too...
-
Very nice.

you are more than welcome to spread your wings, looks good!

Looks very nice cheffey and a nice idea.

Really well done, Cheffey. May I ask what renderer you are using? (I'm sorry if you have mentioned that somewhere else and I didn't notice.)

haha! nice joke kris....
.. ur jokin rite??? 8O -
no... not joking... Cell Phones are pure evil... why on earth would someone in my line of work want people to be able to get hold of me more often than they already do?
and then if you don't answer, they get irrate, like you're ignoring them... I had a cell phone a few years back, it was pure hell. I still have that one in my truck, it's turned off, but charged up just in case I need to call 911, which is free here.
-
ok.. ive been silenced!
i cannot possibly argue with that....hee hee!!!
-
back to the topic.
cheffrey, that's looking really good! I have one comment though. everything seems so clinical, so smooth, so mirror-like. maybe work on that a little to get a more believable image.
-
Not clinical at all Juju, I just waxed my truck. Ok, I think there are a couple water spots on it.
Nice images cheffy.

Hi Cheffey,
Great renderings man !
Are you planning to model more of these nice products?
The modeling is really good, clean and pragmatical.
I wish I had the same skills as you have.(Maybe a little hint on the chrome using Podium: I found out that metals render better if you assign a very dark grey to the chrome objects and add refelection 100% to them.)
Cheers,
