I work a lot in autocad to complement SU models,
and in autocad theres the "repeat last command" option that i use frequently, and i was wondering if exist a similar command script to use in SU.

I have worked in AutoCAD for years and am very familiar with this command process. However, the user interface for SU is so completely different. Your commands depend on the tool selected, not the previous task. For instance, you create a line and finish...you should still be using the line tool at this point. It does not go back to a generic command line like ACAD.

In essence, you are ALWAYS repeating the last command unless you change it...right?

I think so, unless perhaps you hit escape a few times.

there are a few things I wish I had from Autocad... sigh

maybe you could set up options to not only repeat the last command, but maybe repeat the last 5 commands, or the last 10 commands.

Maybe you could see a list of the commands and check which ones you would like to repeat and how many times.

I think this could be useful for lots of things. Example: copy and rotate something at the same time, in cases where the array copy is not useful, etc.

I would call that "recording of a macro". And as of today - no can do. Sketchup is closer to being able to do this with V6, but there are not enough "hooks" to get there yet.

It would be a nice feature.
