Request: Delete Construction Entities Script

This is probably simple for someone that knows how to write scripts. I know TIG has written 2 that delete construction lines and construction points. What I am looking for is one that deletes both at the same time rather than having to run both individually.

If you open the Edit menu, you can there delete all construction geometry with one click.
These 2 scripts were actually needed so that we can delete only one of them.
