Tileable stone.

I need a texture very similar to these pictures that is tileable.
-
Eric I've posted a good selection of them for you on Kelly's site.
Download Here
This one is quite nice but you might need to adjust the hue a bit. -
Susan, thank you very much. However I need one to be quite a bit closer to the images I posted. Notice all the small stones "wedged" between the larger ones.
I am looking all over the texture resources that was posted here in the MCS.
Thanks again Susan, I have saved these for later use.

Eric, went to the tut forum to see if I had time this morning to play with RobM's "Tileable Textures" (the do it for me in PSP didn't do well, sorry)...but the how-to attachment was missing???
If you find that, try that...then post it back in Rob's tut please
Best, Tom.

Well I just talked with the PM again and he said we were going to go with a manufactured stone and not to worry about finding a texture with the small stones between. So I think I can use one of Susan's.
Thanks both of you.

That's going to be a tough one Boo.
The little stones are called 'snecks'
in dry walling and they are very common
here in Ireland.Have you thought about having a go with
PS?Here are a couple of links that might cast
some light for you.The second one seems to be very good and
possibly worth the effort.http://www.highpoly3d.com/writer/tutorials/tileable/seamless.htm

Thanks Mike, I will check them out in due time.

Eric,
Your problem must have been one those things that lodged
in my brain over night.Anyway, this morning it just dawned on me that one way
to create something that might suit you would be to take
an existing tilable texture and edit it, placing the
snecks (small stones) here and there also 'blackening'the
pointing (joints) to give the effect of a dry rubble stone
wall.Hope this helps.

That is one of those "Duah" moments because when I read what you wrote above I went "Duah". Wish I had thought of that.
Thanks Mike.
